Thirty days, no questions asked
If ReelPile is not what you wanted, write within 30 days of buying it and you get your money back. You do not have to justify it, and you will not be talked out of it.
support@reelpile.com is the address. One line is enough. Say which email you bought with, so the purchase can be found.
How it actually happens
ReelPile is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, which is the merchant of record for the purchase. Write to us and we start the refund there.
Your receipt came from Link, not from us, and the charge on your statement begins LINK.COM. If you are looking for the payment and cannot find anything with our name on it, that is why — nothing has gone wrong.
The money returns to the card or account you paid with. It is sent back straight away; how fast it then appears is up to your bank, and a few working days is normal.
Your licence key is checked on your own machine and never contacts us, which means we have no way to switch one off after it has been issued. So we ask that you stop using the app and remove it from your Mac, and we trust you to do it.
After thirty days
Write anyway. If something is broken, a refund is not the first thing worth reaching for, but it stays on the table if we cannot fix it. Nobody wants to keep $30 from somebody who cannot use what they bought.
The one thing to check before buying
ReelPile runs on macOS on Apple Silicon, and there is no Windows or Linux version. If you are not on an Apple Silicon Mac, the app will not run at all. Please check that first, because it is the one avoidable disappointment.
The manual describes every feature against the shipping app, and its last chapter is a plain list of what ReelPile deliberately does not do. Reading that before you buy is the surest way not to need this page.
